Turnaround Timeframe

We value your time, and understand that you want your uniform, promotional products or event merchandise as quick as possible. Our standard time-frames start from 4-6 weeks for local stock, and can be up to 15 weeks for offshore production. This will all be communicated with you when you enquire with us and receive a quote.

Delivery

Our warehouse operates Monday-Friday, and is always working fast to get your order delivered. We have access to a trusted network of delivery partners, that will get your order to you, in a timely manner. If you require a quick turnaround and delivery, please speak to us to see what we can arrange.

Artwork Requirements

We have in-house design services that can help with your artwork or logo. However there are some file types that make it a little easier and mean your order gets into production quicker!
If you are supplying your own artwork, these file types are preferred, and in order of preference; Adobe Illustrator/EPS/SVG, PDF or PNG.

Do you offer samples before placing a bulk order?

We offer samples on a job-to-job basis, as there are some limitations to this. We won't provide samples before approval of a quote and artwork has been made. But we can certainly provide one for you to make changes before the job goes into production.

Are there minimum order quantities?

Yes, however these vary from product to product. When you make an enquiry with us, our team will let you know if your product has a minimum. Keep in mind that minimum quantities are in place so we can give you the most economical price possible, including any set-up costs.
