  • Meet Dave, our Business Development Manager, always ready to assist customers and suppliers. Enjoys family time and sports.

  • Meet Donna, our Executive Director, and a highly accomplished leader. Outside the office, she's a basketball mum, addicted to coffee and loves an aperol spritz!

  • Meet Earl, our Digital Design Manager and all round Creative.

    When Earl isn’t perfecting his latest design concepts or storyboards you can find him hooping at the local basketball court or kicking back listening to a record from his vinyl collection.

  • Meet Geoff, our National Procurement Manager at Y Procurement. A procurement professional with more than 10 years’ experience with government and private sector organisations. Dad and taxi driver to his two teenage soccer playing
    maniacs, he is a fair-weather Geelong Cats fan but not a cat fan. He is a lover of travel, coffee and restaurants.

  • Meet John our Treasurer, he is a Senior Finance and Risk Management Professional with extensive experience in Senior Finance, Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Crises Management, Internal Audit, Corporate and Forensic Investigations, Global Security and Board Reporting within a global Australian (ASX) listed corporation.

  • Meet Lauren, our Marketing and Communications Specialist at YSPL. Fuelled by coffee and a passion for creative storytelling, Lauren ensures our content pops like fireworks on New Years Eve! When she's off the clock, she's busy delving into the latest crime doco, pampering her purr-fect companions, and crafting
    digital art!

  • Meet Natalie our Accounts and Administration Officer, in the office, she is a quiet and hardworking and keeps us all inline!

    Outside of the office she is a nerd at heart! She enjoys trading cards and PC gaming as well as reading about the ways humanity overcomes challenges, both in the past and present.

  • Meet Prue our Board Director, she who has spent 30 years consulting to corporate, government and not-for-profit sectors in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore in the niche area of work|life well-being strategies. This breadth of experience provides Prue with unique insights into best practice in human services, diversity, people and governance. Prue aims for her own work|life well-being, applying the same strategic planning approach to her bush walks and dining experiences.

  • Meet Rebecca our Product and Sourcing Specialist, she brings over 20 years of experience in the apparel industry, mastering every stage from design to delivery. When she's not with family, she's on the golf course, determined to improve her skills at hitting that little ball with a long stick into a tiny hole. Eighteen tiny, tiny holes…

  • Meet Richard our Board Chair, he brings extensive global executive experience across various industries, including infrastructure, energy, renewables, and public transport. Currently, he serves as Chair of Y Services, Executive Chair Active Group of Companies, and as Executive Director of Ducit Management. He is an avid motorcycle rider and still owns his first skateboard!

  • Meet Stu, our Warehouse Manager, multi-tasker marvel and logistics legend!When he's not enchanting us with his dulcet tones in the warehouse, Stu can be found chauffeuring his teenage kids, whipping up culinary delights in his kitchen or at the gym.

  • Meet Tim our Business Manager, spredsheet whizz and avid tie-dye fan. Tim enjoys spending time in the garden and is an avid reader of books, and getting out to collectors markets with his son to find model cars, because who can afford the real thing!
